Default Honda cel code 9

My car recently started throwing cel code 9, and wanted to get some insight before i start going crazy replacing everything. It only seems it only wants to throw it when its super cold and when i come to a stop/idle. Mainly at idle when at a stop light etc. The car will idle down from 1k to bout 500 then throws the code. Plug wires seem fine, all the connection wires at the dizzy look in good shape/connected. The car also has a slight miss sometimes between 2500-3k regardless if the cel is on or not. Which im sure is a direct result of this. Because my car never had it till it random throwing the code. Any input would be nice before i start replacing plug wires, dizzy etc. Thanks

I would pull the plugs one at a time and inspect them to see if I could determine which cylinder is missing, a fouled plug would indicate no spark a lean "looking" plug would indicate no fuel.
A MM&Y of car and any mods would help. 94
