hollow cat horsepower
I dont think that is would really be worth it unless you have a high revving motor that is modded up quite well.
You will be loosing a lot of backpressure which creates low end torque, although on the flipside it is less restrictive for high rpm horsepower. It is a tradeoff and you just have to come to the decision of whether or not it will be worth it.
You could just get a high flow cat to hold on to some of that torque and still get more peak hp.

It's not worth it. Makes your car smell, increase risk of cancer(then again eating my favorite food, Hot Cheetos does as well) and makes this high pitched buzzing noise. On top of that it adds about nothing. Just save for a new cat.
