Default Holley aftermarket computer engine management system?

Right now I'm thinking that I might just sell the original B18A motor to someone who want's to rebuild it and get as low a mileage B18B as I can find. And since I would probably have to change out the computer and wiring also I'm rethinking getting the Holley commander engine managment system for 4 cylinder fuel injected cars. Anybody ever switch over to a non stock ECU/fuel delivery management system with their integra? I'm just curious how much work this would be...and since my integra is soley dedicated to racing I would like to get the holley system so all the stock wiring harnesses in the car can be removed. Plus you can hook up a laptop and change the engine/fuel mapping relatively easily.
