Yes i cleaned out the IACV

Yes i checked the screw in the FITV + cleaned it

Yes i checked the screw in the Throttle Body

Yes i bought a new MAP

Yes i replaced ALLLLLL of my gaskets

Check for kinked throttle cable, or stuck open throttle body butterfly. Might need to adjust the throttle body butterfly set screw. Also, check for a vacuum leak.
P.S. this doesn't belong in the "all motor" forum. threads like this should be in "tech/misc" forum

take off your intake and plug up the FITV hole inside your throttlebody with your finger, if the car still idles high then you definately have a leak through your FITV. I changed the gasket and cleaned it and it was still my FITV. have you tried spraying carb cleaner around suspected areas of the manifold?

there's two holes. the one on the bottom (which i assume goes to the FITV) if plugged, nothing happens (still idles high)

but if you plug the one on the top, idle goes perfectly to 1k.

ECT can be bad and not throw the code. Try that maybe if the rest doesn't solve it

i would follow this lead quite closely. from my little experience i feel like either valves being bad would cause an erratic idle and not the constant 1500 rpm idle (hot or cold) but if the ect sensor was messed up the ecu wud think the coolant was always cool and the fitv would never turn off. just my take good luck with the fix.
