Default High Flow Cat Question Reguarding Emissions

i've got a 94 civic hatch dx, it has an obd 2 ls motor in it converted to obd1 with a stock obd 1 ls ecu. It has an obd 1 valve cover so there is no pcv valve (it was that way when i bought it). i've got a 4-2-1 header a gutted stock cat and a skunk 2 mega power cat back.... i failed my emissions pretty badly.

My question is if i replaced the cat with a high flow cat( most likely random technology, i've heard good things about them) do you think that it would help out alot when going through emissions? also which application should i get the cat for, should i get it for an LS or for a civic. i do plan on getting a valve cover to put a pcv valve in btw.

Thanks in advance
