That sounds like a risky combination. I'd check your valve to piston clearance carefully. Is't the spoon gasket around .45mm ish?

I've done it a few times, evne used a GSR head milled 20 thous ... upgrade your fuel pump and go 310cc injectors and it'll run faster than a lot of 1.8s and even some b20/vtec.

pumped a good 12.5 on customer's EG with it.

oh yeah, I have a nice program for the ECU for that combo also.

Greg

maybe i did attempt to research the question, but stopped since people post about forty different topics in each forum per day. MAYBE, be helpful instead of being a JACKASS. i HOPED someone who may have read the post has been in the same plight as i am right now, and would be glad to help a fellow car enthusiast reach his or goals.

GEEZ, why didn't i just think to click HERE in the first place!!! wasn't that stupid??!

i had earlier emailed aj-racing and asked about potential valve clearance issues, and they suggsted that there should be none with that setup. EVEN with the addition of toda B's. so, i guess their word is good enough for me.

This is a very simillar set up to the one I am going to run except with .25 over CTR's. Compression should be around 11.5-1 and I seriously dout I am going to have any clearance problems, even with an aggresive cam setup.
