Default HIGER the Offset, the lower you can drop, right?

I want to keep my car low when I get my gunmetal 15's. I'm at about 2.75" right now on my Ground Controls and OEM 14" wheels. I am looking to take it down maybe another 1/4" with the 15's for a really low / nice look.

So, the higher the offset the lower you can go w/o rubbing the fenders correct?

I may even roll the fenders, but if I can get a high offset to avoid rolling the fenders that would be great!!!

TTT

Debating between +40 and +45 with 16" Rota C8's (Gunmetal)
In the post above it was for the 98 LX, not they are for the 93 Cx
