HEYY H23A question!!!
WOW! I'm surprised nobody has flamed you yet! I know your a NOOB, but damn man haven't you heard of the search button? Plus why would you put a header on your car off a smaller displacement block? Even if the flow characteristics were slightly better on the H22 you wouldn't be able to notice any difference. Plus how is anyone to know what kind of power your wanting if you don't say! Do some searching, you'll find that even a performance header is only going free up MAYBE 5-6 HP!
Double wow!! The h22 header will not even fit onto an h23 I know that people are full of sarcasm and stuff but at least share the right info,

How is an exhaust manifold going to increase your compression ratio?
header = exhaust manifold
Now if you mean the head itself, then you would be at least talking about the correct part - but you're still wrong. Actually, the h22 head has a larger combustion chamber than the h23 head so your compression is going to go down from ~9.8:1 to ~9.3:1.
