hesitation help

hesitation help
I have an '89 CRX Si with a JDM B16A swap
the car hesitates like crazy basically anything under 75% throttle, full throttle the car runs fine. so for that reason i figured my TPS was the problem so i unplugged it and went for a drive and BAM perfect... BUT! i check out TPS and it checks out fine and so i replace it anyways with a spare one i had and still the same hesitation.. so now im looking for another wacky sensor that could be causing me this stupid hesitation. its driving me nuts i cant even drive the speed limit on the highway because it hesitates too much
so if someone has any idea or had a problem like this before i would greatly appreciate your input
