Default help, wiring problems....

First of all this post is not about a honda, but i really don't know what is wrong with this subaru i am woking on now.

well.....the problem is that the parking lights don't work!!..both the front and the back!!!...the head lights are fine, the brake lights are fine, all of the fuses are fine......i am just not getting any power to the parking lights.......btw the parking lights and the brake lights are the same bulb!!!!!!......(both 1157)......so i think its a wiring problem, or the switch for the lights is bad......

anybody seen this before???........help!!!

thanks a lot
