i installed a flywheel before i did my swap and the clutch has been working for almost 1000 miles now
would it be possible that its installed wrong?

I am fairly certain that you would have felt something right away if it was installed improperly.
What is the clutch fluid level like? They may have damaged the lines and caused a slow leak.
