Default help with timing!!!!!

last week my engine mount broke and engine was resting on one of my torsion bars, (90 ef sedan)
i changed the mount but i think i accidentaly hit the belt and it skipped time.
so here is the real question. if i only have compression in 1 cylinder is it out of time or blown up, my friends dad said that it is probably out of time but i think i may have broken the crank keyway since the crank pulley was bouncing off that torsion bar...any help would be great!!!!!, thanks

I did, the timing line on the crank pulley is lined up and everything thats why i thought it was blown up, but my friends dad said that it could be the timing, so i dont know?
