Hey guys just wondering if u guys could help. i have a 91 hatch with dpfi i dropped in a single cam vtec motor and put a turbo on it. now the car doesnt start on its own i need to pour fuel into the intake manifold and then it will run on its own. so im guessing it doesnt know when to inject. the motor is from a 93 civic so the injectors are diffrent they dont have a resistor box. i was wondering what can be the problem. im using a pr3 ecu. please help i've been working on my car for 3 months allready.

So your motor is set up for dpfi and the ecu is set up to run mpfi.Is that what your saying?
If your ecu is thinking there is four injectors and the motor only has two the car wont run correctly.

 

umm no i allready switched it over to mpfi
