Default help! skunk 2 manifold problems

i tried to install a skunk 2 manifold on my 90 teg (b18a) i basically RAN INTO NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH IT! I got everything off the stock manifold and was poutting it all on the skunk 2 when i started to relize how many differences there were in in the 2 (placement of hose lins, sizes of hose lines etc) the biggest difference of all was a fast idle control valve that bolted on to my stock manifol yet there was no place for it on the skunk 2. i was thinking about jus by passing it. next problem was the fitment.. all the holes on the skuink2 matched the studs on my head but it jus wouldn't go on. i tried usin a lil force and ended up almost screwin up the threads so i sai **** it and put my stock back on after a good cleaning.. finally got everything up on and running. but now my car runs like **** (i think it is very rich) screwed up idle 350-600 and im throwing code 5 (MAP Sensor) is it a leak in the vaccum lines or what? any ideas tech guys?

cliff notes;
tried to get skunk2 manifold on b18a, didn't fit worth ****, put stock one on, now im throwin cel code 5 (map sensor)..,. idle is really low and car runs crappy and very rich. help?

sounds like you didn't plug the vaccum line for the MAP sensor back in its orginal location....hence, your car running like ****. Having the MAP sensor disconnected will do this. Make sure you're putting the right vacuum tube from the map sensor to the topside of the throttlebody, right next to the idle adjustment screw..
