Default help with shock tower bolt!

this is for a 00 celica...sorry guys. its the same thing as a honda. i am hearing a clanking noise when rolling over bumps. just installed gc's. i know its because of the shock tower bolts but i can't tighten them cause it keeps on turning the shock shaft. there is no place to put an allen wrench or anything to hold it still. how do i tighten this bolt? vice grips with a towel wrapped? ideas?

HERE IT IS>>> Figure out what size the bolt is, then figure out the thread pitch. GO buy a grade 8 CASTLE nut for it and a corresponding cotterpin...but, you WILL have to predrill, and it will fix the problem.. get the castle nut tightened down where it needs to be, and the hole in the bolt should line up, toss the cotter pin through, and the nut will NOT become loose again. Make sure you buy stainless as well
