Default help-replacing cam seal

Seems you take the valve cover off and then the upper cam bearing cap and pull the rubber seal out. Is this correct and will I need any new seals or gaskets besides the cam seal. Any landmines I should be aware of ?

If your valve cover gasket has a few miles on it, might as well replace that too....its only like $6 from HParts, and of course you'll need some Honda-Bond to seal everything back up.
