Default Help, pulsating around 4 grand

My 03 accord is pulsating around 4 grand. I accidentally hooked up a RPM MSD Window switch to a (+) rpm signal feeding the ecu. The switch wants a (-) rpm signal. Ran it this way for a week without any notice.

Now that I'm trying to tweak everything for use, I've notice the car pulsates when hold up around 4 grand even with the MSD RPM switch hooked up.

What's happening? I really don't want to bring it back to the dealership and acted like nothing happen if I can avoid it.

Right now I'm resetting the computer...

I've also tied into a fuel line to feed a wet NX solenoid...

Those are the things that changed...

nevermind, figured this out. Its i-vtec trying to run while the motor is damn cold. Figured Honda would restrict the new system to run only when the car is warmed up like vtec does. But on the otherhand since this is a constant system, I doubt the engine would run well in that case.
