Default help on pulling off my gsr head

Hey guys i really need help pulling my head off, can anyone jsut give me a detailed procedure or steps, was took to a shop and tried to chrage 1500 for removal and head gasket, THATS RIDICULIOUS, im only 17 but i know alot about cars but dont have no one to help me but if someone could expline pretty detailed or sutmhign just to help me out that would b greatful

Helms . Seriously, If your going to be working on your car, get one. If your really cheap, and don't care about violating copyright law, people sell copies on cd's, on Ebay. I personally hate scammers, and like having the actual paper manual at my fingertips. That is so much easier than washing my hands, running into the house, and looking it up, on the computer.

I recommend getting some arp headstuds if you end up doing it yourself
