Default HeLp Please

I've been having problems with my car lately. I drive a 92 h/b si with a greddy turbocharger. The mods on the car is je pistons, eagle rods, aem cam gear, jg throttlebody, mandrel bent straight pipe, and a zc crank.

The problem with the car is that it has a tendency to overheat once in awhile. I have changed the head gasket the first time, along with new hoses, thermostat, and a new radiator too but the problem persist.

A couple of days ago, which is the third time, the car started to overheat again and i dunno what to do. I took it to the mechanics the second time it started to act up and my mechanic did not know what was wrong. He drove the car and left it on for an hour but the car did not overheat. Now, im just confused on the path i should take now.

Can anyone help me. I know people gots good ideas on what could be o going on so help me if you can. thanks

just some ideas, take out the thermostat and see if the spring housing is broken, check your water temp sensor make sure it is operating properly.
are you losing coolant?
is there white smoke coming from the exaust?

this is just an idea where to start.

i just changed the thermostat and the mechanic changed it to another thermostat. Im not losing coolant but when it overheats, coolant goes into the reserve.
