help....oil in intake manifold and all over spark plugs

my friend put together his gsr and there's now oil all over the spark plus and oil in the intake manifold. he thinks it's the rings. any ideas?

put the head on the block and dropped it in the car

stock gsr block stock gsr head.

intake valve seals thats your problem
