Car: '94 Civic DX D15B7 210,000mi.

Car was running great for the last few months. I threw in some DSM 440's, a resistor box, and a P06 ecu w/ s200 and a basemap for D15 with same injectors. Car ran great for a few days. I took out the stock air box and replaced with an interfooler, removed the a/c compressor, did a compression test(165 across the board), and now it won't start. The engine turns over, but doesn't fire. I pulled the plugs and set them on the valve cover and cranked the motor and no spark.
I'm just confused because everything was absolutely fine until I did these fairly unrelated mods.
Maybe I flooded the motor doing the comression test then fouled the pugs trying to start it shortly after? They looked fine but I don't really know what to look for. I swapped the old ecu back in to see if that helped, but no dice. Any suggestions on what else to look for/check would be great, thanks!

 

Did u disconnect the fuse, when doing the compression test... on hondas contiuous cranking without starting, causes a starter relay going bad, I did the same thing on my accord, i went to do a compression test and the dizzy went bad, just like that.. almost so quick that you wouldnt even think it was the distriubtor...

 

What fuse should I have disconnected and where is it located? And where is the starter relay at? I wanna make sure those are ok before I throw the dough down on a new dizzy. Anyone know of any good deals on one? Thanks for the help.
