Here are the facts:
89 CRX si - all factory OEM OBD0 electronics
While driving at a steady speed on the interstate, the car just shut down.
CEL = 8
I have replaced the ECU, distributor, wires, plugs, main relay, and ignition switch with known good units. Double and triple checked all fuses and breakers. All grounds look to be good. Went through Helm's manual diagnostics for determining all continuity and resistance values were correct for dizzy and ign switch. I have fuel pressure.
I have run out of ideas on what could be causing the car to have no spark :sad:
Anyone else have any possible ideas?

I have replaced the distributor with 2 different known good units. I have power to the hot side of the coil when the ignition is switched on. But absoutely no spark at the plug.....
I think I am going to have to systematically check every ground, or try grounding the ecu direct from the plug to the block and chassis....
I will check the timing belt as well, but I dont remember hearing anything odd when it stopped running, and it sounds normal when cranking over.
