My car is squeaking like crazy! I just installed coilovers, kyb agx, and front and rear sway bars. I made sure the bushings were well lubed. How can I tell if the tires are rubbing on the fender liners? I only dropped approximately 1 inch. Please someone help!

 

Pleaseeeeee! It's getting really annoying. Every time I turn all I hear is squeaky squeak squeak . Any suggestions? Thanks.

 

What kind of car you got? Are you sure it's the suspension?

 

I have a 99 lx. Im pretty sure its the suspension because it happens every time i turn or go over a big bump.

 

check your brake dust shields.... push'em away from the rotor and it might fix it. let me know what happens...

 

Thanks, I tried it last night, and it didn't work. I think its coming from the bushings from the sway bars. I have suspension techniques, and the bushings are really hard. I was just wondering if it could be the shocks that could be squeaking.

 

it might be your bushings.........take them off and go for a drive and see if the sound goes away. if it does then you need to put more lube on them.

and make sure you use the proper lube/greese for polyurathane bushings. that suff works good......

Alot of time, suspension components squeak as the weather gets colder-especially if your using poly urethane bushings. For me, it's something I luckily only have to deal with a few months in the year living in California. If the squeaking doesn't go away, don't fret-it most likely will when the weather warms up.

Mine tokicos squeek everytime I go over this certian bump in mu neighborhood. It just how it is. I should of greese'd em!

if you kept the rubber bushing in the top hat of the shocks that might also squeek. mine does when it gets cold so i shoot up some lube in that area and it cures mine...hope it helps.

ya, just lube up the bushings, hope you get it to stop-way annoying!
