ok. help if yall can. im trying to get my car to pass inspection but my hydrocarbons are to high. 320 and have to be 220.... some one told me to get down to about a quarter of a tank and pour 4 bottles of rubbing alcohol in the gas tank? anyone heard of this or know how to fix this problem?

car 92 hatch vx...
