Help me out- Low end bogging
today my "lovely" honda started to bog below about 3500rpms ,and the tach starts to bug out hoppin around. my air fuel gauge gose lean. 
i have no clue someone please help me out.

sounds like ignition to me, even though it might put fuel in and not burn it, it comes out leaner (long exp. on this) especially because it effects the tach, must be a distributed (?) vehicle
