There is no such thing as a "2000" b16a. The b16a stopped production in 98 and began the new b16b for the new ek9 chassis. Only the automatic 00 ek4 sir had a similar version b series, but it still wasn't a "b16a".

LS vtec valve cover... http://www.google.ca/imgres?imgurl=h...ed=0CBsQ9QEwAA

This is a 2000 SIR valve cover... http://www.google.ca/imgres?imgurl=h...ed=0CBkQ9QEwAA

What you have looks aftermarket, I just do not know what.

As mentioned, Maybe it's just the pic., but I do not see a vtec solenoid either.

How much does he want for it?

that looks to be like an old dohc zc head or older ls head. Look at the distributor housing.

Hmmm, this is a 1.6 ZC DOHC, [88-91] head/valve cover... http://got-jdm.com/popup_image_addit...52dqiopbitrtr5

And this is an "early" LS, 1.8 DOHC, [90] head/valve cover... http://www.google.ca/imgres?imgurl=h...ed=0CBwQ9QEwAA 94
