Default Help, maybe immobilizer problem

i can't start my motor with my stock p73 ecu, it's a '98 ITR.
i switched to a p28 and works great, but if i switch back to the p73 the car cranks but doesn't spark. i have fuel, everything's connected and checked, but no spark.
12v on the distributor also.

with the p28 everything works great.

could be something related to the immobilizer system?

maybe the ICU is fried..?

i tried my p73 and code key on another ITR and it works great, but in my car it just won't get any spark.

can you guys help me out?
