Default HELP LSVTEC PROBLEM

ok ill start by saying i just finished my high compression lsv im using p30 pistons on stock ls rods and ls crank and a stock gsr head, aem fuel rail and fpr turned up to 50psi and a blox intake manifold. motor runs great besides a leak i have ( oil pump seal but will be fixed tomorrow).
My problem is when im getting on it, it pulls hard intill about 4500rpms then it like looses power and then picks back up a pulls hard as hell around 6000 rpms all the way to 8200rpms. as of now im using a jdm p72 ecu intill i meet u with a friend who is chipping a p28 on chrome for me. but i just dont get why its bogging down between 4500 to 6000 and vtec sounds very weak intill 6000 rpms if anyone got any clue on what could be the issue please let me know
