I'd prolly take the USDM b16 head from the 99-00 Si.

I would go with a GSR head, wheather you use a stock bottom end or one with higher compression pistons you will automatically get a jump of 0.22:1 just from the fact that a GSR's combustion chamber is 1.1cc smaller than any of the PR3's. Some people don't like that manifold but really all you have to do is remove the secondary butterflys to open it up more or if you want get a Skunk2. If you do end up using any of the newer heads 92+ you'll have to swap the distributor to a non OBD one cuz it fires at a different rate than an OBD1 or OBD2, as for the injectors you can use your stock ones or any of the Jspec first Gen B16's....
