help with koni yellows

i lost the ***** to my adjustable sport koni yellows and i was wonder if i could adjust it with some plyers and what do i need to turn in order to adjust it.

Yes you can use pliers, clockwise is soft and counter clockwise is firm if I remember correctly (too lazy to check my ****).
