Help...Knocking Noise on the head....
There's a knocking noise on my B16 head that won't go away...
The noise has been present for a while but it was really faint and it'll go away on high rpms and during normal operating temp. This past weekend i raced my car and the knocking became louder than ever...
What can it be? any suggestions? The valve clearances are up to factory spec, compression on each piston is 210 all accross...
The motor lags now too...doesn't pull as hard like before...any suggestions will be appreciated...thanx...
