Default Help!! i got a radiator problem !!

I did a couple searches and didnt find anything on my problem.

Just recently i was driving and noticed my car got a little hot, so i pulled over and look under the hood. I looked in the coolant bottle and there was nothing in there so i put some water in there and it was fine. Then i went home and put some coolant in there.

Then the next day i come home from school and when i got home i checked to see if i needed more coolant but there was nothing in there. WTF ?!?!

ok ... now i put some coolant in and i look under my car for a while.... nothign comes out. So i start up my car and look under and still nothing comes out. So now im thinking it might be a blown head gasket? or it might be getting into the motor?

I check my oil stick and it looks fine. o yea i changed my oil a couple days earlyer and the oil looks fine. How do you know if theres water in the oil? when i checked my oil it looks a light brown. and when i start up my car, it starts up with no trouble and when i drive its just fine. I hit vtec and its normal too.

anyone have any idea where my coolant went? help me plz.

its been like 4 days now.

the thing is i dont see no coolant on the ground when i move my car. no kind of white smoke when i drive either. If it was under the engine would it make a puddle of water/coolant?

if wouldnt make a puddle unless its leakin really bad...park your car in the driveway overnight and in the morning move your car and see if there is anything on the ground that wasnt there yesterday..if there is then the chances are its leakin from the under the engine somewhere.

what kind of car do you have? I've got a coolant leak on my car that is about to be fixed. the reason for mine is I mistakenly overtightend the bolts for the intake manifold and it cracked the hondata gasket I have for my Skunk2 intake manifold on my GSR. I thought it was the headgasket at first too. sometimes you can also have a pinhole in one of your hoses that doesn't leak untill you are driving and the water pump is putting more pressure to it than at idle.

now for a question I have. will a fluidyne radiator from a CRX with FAL fans on it fit on my 99 GSR?

yeah all those carry coolant.
fill it up with water; turn the car on, let the system pressurize and look for leaks.
