Default help head swap problem

my head on my d16y8 was warped so i swaped it out for another, i got it all back together but the car wont idle and isnt running right, i have to give it gas to keep it running and its running like almost 0 vac, only thing i can think of is the timing belt is a tooth off? need help ASAP thanks!

same thing I was just thinking, you're off timing. Not sure if zero vacuum is a symptom of a timing problem but I wouldn't think so. Check timing for sure.

timing seems to be right, maby off half a tooth? but if it was off just one tooth would it make it do this, its also running super rich
