Default HELP, fuel concentration problem!

i have a 97 integra gsr with a drag gen 3 turbo. it has a crane ignition and a fields vtec/fuel controller also (i leave the fields turned off though). i am having a problem with the car when it goes over a large bump, or gets jolted hard. the fuel concentration seems to be getting out of whack. before the car his a bump it runs fine and the a/f guages goes from lean to rich, up and down, like it should. after it hits the bump it stays at rich when i have my foot on the gas, and as soon as i take it off a little it goes to stoich, there is no inbetween. the car also backfires alot when its like this. if i turn the car off then turn it back on everything goes back to normal. i was thinking maybe it was a sensor or some loose wiring but im not sure. how would i go about finding what the problem is? thanks.
