Default help.. failed smog test

hi, i just recently bought a 93 integra ls and took it in for a smog test but i failed. i had my evap test fail, my ignition timing was off, and my emission failed horribly. if anyone could help me what i should check out and how much it costs to repair something like this then that would help... thanks

p.s. i'm asking about the cost because i have a budget of $600 to repair this =/

I might assume the car isn't running too well? Are you throwing any codes? In terms of cost it may be free if you can find someone to help you with the timing.
Download a Service Manual for your car and check to make sure the evap is hooked up correctly and that the solenoid is working properly. After all that, check (probably just replace) your plugs, cap, and rotor. All that might run ya about $75.

The numbers will greatly help, and for the EVAP test you failed because it has a leak somewhere. What the EVAP test does is check for leakage in the EVAP system.

You can easily fail emissions just from the ignition timing being off.

What were the numbers?

At 15 mph:
%CO2 Meas = 13.66
%O2 Meas = 2.04
HC (PPM) Meas = 125, Max = 89, GP = 277
CO(%) Meas = 0.81, Max = 0.53, GP = 2.03
NO (PPM) Meas = 2407, Max = 708 GP = 1944

At 25 mph i passed
%CO2 meas = 14.60
%O2 meas = 1.60
HC meas = 32, max = 54
co% mes = 0.21, max = 0.51
NO meas = 742, max = 746

would fixing the ignition timing fix the high emission at lower speed? also would it cause the fuel evap test to fail?
