Default help!!!!!!!! clutch fork problem

I was bleeding my clutch in my integra with h22 swap. While my friend was pumping the clutch i heard some clip noise popping off. My friend said the clutch got real hard and when he put pressure thats when i heard a clip pop off in the trans. The slave cylinder was stuck open as well. What do you think caused the clutch fork clip to pop off? On the trans shaft goes the clutch fork with clip and the throwout bearing nothing else right?

i dont think they just pop off. If that is what came off, I would assume that it wasnt on there correctly to begin with, but the only thing you can do is drop that tranny and redo it. Not an expert just my opinion
