ok me and my buddy just finished putting a new timing belt and water pump on my 99 Integra GS. We had a few problems with getting the tension right but finally got it right. I went to start it up and it turns over and has spark and fuel but it wont fire up. When you turn it over it sounds like it is not turning much of a load it just doesnt seem normal. could the timing possilby gotton messed up???? Any ideas would be greatly appriciated. Thanks

 

check your timing, put the crank back to tdc, then see if the cams are lined up correctly
