The motor is a stock DX motor. I have replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, and injectors. I also replaced the TPS and map sensor. I unbolted the cat and temporarily bypassed it to see if it might have been clogged and that didnt help either. I checked the timing and it was correct.

The car drives pretty much normal when I am in first gear, but when I go into second it bogs pretty bad if I have it more than half throttle.

Anyone have any ideas at to what else could be the problem? Could the timing belt be off a couple teeth and would that cause this to happen? Anything would help me out. thanks

its probably your tps, why would you have to replace the stock unit?, could also be the map. Ive ssen both of these problems

 

replaced the TPS b/c i thought it might have been the problem but it wasnt b/c it didnt help. I am gonna try the wires tomorrow. Any other ideas? I also read about o2 sensor but i replaced the whole header so the o2 is good on this one.
