help bent valve maybe ???????? h23

the car was over reved and the piston hit the spark plug and bent the plug car has no compresion in that one cylinder now
what should i do

i got a stock pistons and valves if u need them
just go a head pull it apart and replace the parts thats broke

wet dry comp test or leak \down and then take the head off and inspect
