Default Help ASAP: Replacing slave cylinder, problems, searched

Spend all day looking for answers, came up with nothing.

My situation: Was driving my car down the road and came to a stop. Clutch kept getting weaker and weaker untill it would just sit on the floor and not come back up.

Today i replaced the slave and master cylinders. In process of beeding the system but the slave cylinder comes out, is pushing on the release forks, and wont go back in. I can't even push it back in. If i keep pumping the clutch to proceed with the bleed i hear like air comeing from the slave cylinder, and after a few pumps the slave cylinder leaks where the rubber boot connects to the actual casting of teh cylinder. Too much prssure builds up i guess.
Trans shifts perfectly when the car is off.

Clutch still has no pressure whatsoever tho. Someone please come up with an answer for me. Internal tranny problems maybe? Release bearing?

Recap, slave cylinder came out while pupmping for bleeding, cant go back in, cant bleed syste.

97 acura integra ls , btw

Master and slave cylinders were both brand new from the dealer.
