alright... i got a crx hf with a d16a6 w/HF tranny and HF ecu. And it is stronger but still weak . If i replace the HF ecu with an Si ecu,and still have the HF tranny in. Would it be quicker? other than redlining at 6.

Just go zc and use all your old stuff off of your old motor and use an si tranny and youll have some nice power.
