I have a dead starter on my 90 civic lx automatic. When I was trying to get a new starter from the parts store, they asked me if I had an offset gear reduction starter, or a direct drive starter. I have no idea how to tell the difference and neither did they. If anyone knows, I would appreciate it if you would tell me
