Help with alternator bolt

any ideas how i could get this s.o.b. out.. i banged on it with a mallet and used a lot of pb blaster. I have no access to heat. i'm about to give up help please! thanks

It should slide out. Nothing else should be holding it unless someone jammed a bigger bolt than what its suppose to be in there.
