i have baught and adjustable skunk2 cam sproket and it was set at 0. it got lose and its set at 2+ how to i adjust it back to 0 again.. is it okay if i run 2+?

 

Loosen the bolts, move it back to 0, and re-tighten. Is it "ok" to run it at 0? Maybe, maybe not, depends on the motor, although assuming there has been no valve-piston contact so far, I guess it is "ok," although not necessarily best for peak power output.
