Default help

ok, i just recently had a jdm b16a dropped in my car(93 civic dx). today i ran over some rough bumps, and all of a sudden i hear this weird grinding noise when i turn or go over bumps. its a weird noise because it sounds kind of airy, if that makes sense. anyone have any idea of what it may be? i was thinking something to do with the axle? thanks for any ideas or help.
