Help!
Ok here is the problem. I have a 2000 ITR Intake and Throttle body IACV
. I replaced it with a supposed good IACV. I Put a new THrottle body gasket on and the "good" IACV. Nothing has changed, Idle is still at 1600 rpms. When I drive and get off the throttle the rpms will rise to 4,000 rpms until I either shift or give it gas. When i unplug the IACV, it idles at 800 rpms and when Iput my hand over the throttle body it stalls. When i plug the only port inside the the throttle body, its still idles. Any Ideas, maybe another beat IACV? What should the voltage be on the IACV harness?
