Headlight wont work

Headlight wont work
So the driver side headlight on my 95 civic will not work unless i have a jumper wire going from headlight to headlight. I was wondering if anybody else has ever had this problem, and what ur issue turned out to be. Please flood me with questions to help me figure this out. Thanks.
