If you wanna be safe replace all seals from things you took off

*Intake Manifold Gasket
*Exhaust Gasket
*Cam Seals
*Valve Seals if you want
*Vtec Solenoid Gasket

Just some things you could do

It's all really easy but there are probably write ups.

Do you have a haynes or helms manual? For getting the head off you just take off the intake manifold(possible to leave it on but it's harder), take off valve cover, loosen timing belt tensioner, slide belt over, take cams out and then remove the headbolts securing the head. There is an order you have loosen the bolts though which is from the outer headbolts towards the center. When you torque it down, torque from the center and out and this will make sure your head doesn't warp.
