Default headgasket or mill

I was thinking about changing out the headgasket for either the Mugen or Spoon ones for alittle more compression on my c5. Does anyone have a preference between the two? Also is it necessary to mill the head any when doing this?

Would it be better to just mill the head and use a stock headgasket? What would my compression be milling the head 25?

better to mill head and use stock head gasket. so you're sure there are no leaks..you can find out your compression with a compression calculator on http://www.c-speedracing.com
