I'm losing power on the B16. I'm going to use it again when I build my GSR. I swapped in the OEM mani (ported) and revived my torqueless wonder! Went from 15.2 to 14.8!
4-2-1 = better low end
4-1 = better top end
then there are special headers with thicker tube sections ( about an inch long) forgot what they are called, there the best out of all of them but are pricey

Those "thicker sections" are called anti-reversion chambers and is a very noticable part on Hytech headers and copycats that try to be like Hytech...
Hytech probablly has the best header ever made! they only hand make them and they really work!!!
Hope this helps,
Sean C.

Oh here are some pictures of Hytech's products:
This is a type R header they made for SurferX's car. This is the one that is one their site before it went on his car:
They can also make a track header:
And they even make turbo stuff:
You can see the anti-reversion chambers on all of these headers and again, all of these are from their site. I did a post about this a while ago. So if you search for it you can find the pictures of the whole exhaust from the head to the tailpipe on Surfer X's car. But you could also just ask him and he'll probablly send you pictures.
